About CULEE

The only way of admission into this prestigious university is through Christ University Law Entrance Exam (CULEE). It is an objective exam for 2 hours of 120 marks to test the verbal and common abilities of the students. Its selection process involves micro presentation and personal interview along with the academic excellence of the applicants. It is conducted once a year in March. Other details regarding CULEE 2021 are given below.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Candidates applying for this program should secure a minimum of 45% in the 10+2 examination from any recognized board of India
  2. Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination in 2021 can also apply by giving their class 10 and 11 mark sheet.

Admission Procedure for CULEE 2021

The admission procedure for Christ University was quite different from other law entrance tests in India. It takes admission in three stages:-

  • Entrance test
  • Micro presentation & Personal Interview
  • Academic performance

Stage 1: First and foremost step in admission is the Entrance Test (ET) which is a multiple-choice exam conducted online.

Stage 2: The second stage was the Micro Presentation (MP) & Personal Interview (PI). Students who have cleared the entrance test have to give MP & PI to prove their vocal ability.

Stage 3: Final stage is speculation of academic performance of classes 10 and 12. Candidates who have made their way ahead of MP & PI are shortlisted for the merit list. However, if their class 12 or 10 marks are not available while applying then they will be regarded as ineligible.

Examination Pattern

As mentioned above there are three stages for admission to Christ University. The first stage is the Online Entrance Test which will be a multiple-choice question paper for 120 minutes. It will contain a five-section which will be divided into different marks. The details for which are as follows:-

Each question is 1 mark each in the test. For every correct answer, candidates are given 1 mark. There is no negative marking in this test. The result of the test will be declared within a few weeks by the University. Candidates who have passed the exam are qualified for the next stage i.e. Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.

Candidates are intimidated by the university a few days before MP and PI and they have to be prepared for it. It can be conducted online or offline as per the direction given by the university. In Micro Presentation, candidates should be able to speak for 90 seconds straight on a topic provided by the panel. Whereas a Personal Interview is of 10 minutes where the panel tests the personality and other abilities of the candidate.

Application Fees

Application forms for the Christ University entrance test can be obtained online as well as offline from the university's office. The application fee for all categories of students is Rs. 5000. It can be paid online or offline as per the convenience of the applicant.

How to Apply

Application forms for CULEE 2021 are available on the official website of Christ University from 8 December 2021. It can be filled in and submitted online at the university portal. The process is explained below.

  • Applicants need to visit the official website of Christ University and open the admission portal link given there.
  • After clicking the link, the form will be opened and they need to register themselves as a new user there
  • Once registration is completed it will ask for verification of email id and phone number.
  • The form can be filled by entering the personal and educational details of the applicant along with the communication details.
  • Applicants need to upload a scanned copy of their passport size photograph and signature
  • Post uploading, submission can be done by paying the requisite fees of Rs. 5000.
